After assisting in the acquisition of the Lincoln Square mixed use project in Bellevue, Washington, PemReal has been involved in all aspects of the development of the $2 billion project (two multi-screen theaters, 400,000 square feet of retail space, 148 condominium units, 231 luxury apartment units, a 337-room Westin Hotel, a 245-room W Hotel and two highrise office buildings totaling 1,250,000 square feet). PemReal’s other major projects include the 850,000 square foot U.S. Bank Centre office building in Seattle, the 1.2 million square foot Bellevue Square Shopping Center and several Puget Sound area hotels.
